Our nonwoven needle punched carpet cushion is made from carefully selected recycled fibers. After the fibers have been selected, we blend them into a dense yet resilient nonwoven cushion. Each size of cushion is tightly needled into a specific thickness and ounce weight. The surface is then treated with a specially formulated resin that further stabilizes the cushion, which adds tensile strength to the integrity of the product. The specially formulated resin also adds a slick surface for ease of installation. The end result is the highest quality nonwoven carpet cushion that is superior to any other synthetic carpet cushion product in today’s market. Our products have unsurpassed resiliency, comfort underfoot, and the density greatly decreases leg fatigue.

Recommended Uses:

All of our products may be used under all types of carpet construction. Our products are used extensively in the hospitality industry, and in hospitals, office buildings and schools. We also highly recommend our cushion for residential applications under Ber-Ber and woven carpets. We do not recommend our product for use in an environment with constant wet and/or damp conditions.
