After the fibers have been selected, we blend them into a consistent, dense and firm nonwoven padding product. Each pad is formed using the newest technology in the industry to achieve a precise thickness and ounce weight. The pad is then fully impinged with a specially formulated resin that further stabilizes the product, which adds strength and integrity that is unsurpassed in the industry. Our products consistent thickness and strength provides our customer with a quality product that can be assembled into any different number of nonwoven industrial padding products. The end result is a quality nonwoven padding product that is superior to any other product in today’s market. We are currently in the process of developing nonwoven insulation padding products that will be able to successfully compete with foam and fiberglass on three different levels: quality, price and service. Our new line of nonwoven insulation products will also have the benefit of saving millions of pounds of textile materials from overcrowding local landfills, furthering our Company’s commitment to a cleaner environment.
